I'm driven by the desire to help people to lead healthy lives and live up to their potential. After overcoming health issues and depression by embracing dietary and holistic lifestyle changes, I left my former career in tech to focus on making an impact on the world through food. My fast-casual restaurant, Kitava Kitchen, aims to prove that healthy food can be delicious and accessible for all people. We believe that true health begins with what you put in your body, and healthy food is the foundation for living your best life. Teaching these values to our local community is important to our mission, and is something I'm personally passionate about. In my spare time I enjoy reading, running, lifting weights, practicing tai chi, and going for long walks.
